The Soldiers of Halla had an awkward ending similar to Harry Potter. After Saint Dane is defeated and peace is restored, Bobby and all of the travelers must return to Solara as spirits. This meant that they would have to leave their previous lives and friends and become a guider. Before Press sends Bobby away, Bobby asks for a bit more time to live his life.

Then the epilogue has them old with Bobby about to die. It kind of explained how their lives went with Bobby becoming an author and marrying Courtney who became a tv programmer. Mark went to MIT and invented new types of technology but died at the age of 39 by a sudden illness. Although it wasn't as clear at first, it appeared that Bobby and everyone forgot about all the flumes and traveller business and became normal people. Then came an old delivery guy. (Probably Press) who gives Bobby the journals and asks him to read about his old life before he dies and become a leader spirit in Solara. It also happens to the other 9 travelers as Press states that he's got 9 more to deliver.

Although it pretty much summed up the rest of Bobby's life, the ending was a perfect ending. I think that it didn't describe what happened to the travellers and I was hoping for a little plot hole where they might be a surprise sequel to fit in. Another problem was that Press promised that the travellers would see each other a lot after it was over, but that didn't happen. So basically the ending made everone forget about what really happened, which again is weird. Press might've have reversed time, but that was already proven to be bad. I actually think that what happened was similar to Lifelight from Veelox. It was like a real fantasy in a different dimension, when the fantasy was over, Bobby would return back to Solara.

Great ending and deserves a
